U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Training Program to Improve Energy Efficiency in New Homes
Each year, DOE solicits proposals from State Energy Offices to provide programs within their states that will improve energy efficiency in new homes built in that state. While working with EEBA, Stacy developed a program and proposal for funding to provide educational seminars that focus on energy and environmental design and construction practices through the State Energy Offices. EEBA received funding from the DOE in 2006 for a three-year term, for which Stacy negotiated the contract and continues to manage the program for EEBA. |
